Domed label	Marketing
PROBLEM A client needed a durable label for outdoor use, whilst retaining a strong marketing image. SOLUTION Domed label A base vinyl label was printed, then covered with a liquid resin which hardened to form a 3D dome. Absolutely weatherproof and a superb image.
Scratch off labels	Promotional
PROBLEM An agency running a promotion wanted a random number printed on a silver base, but needed the number to be covered. SOLUTION Scratch off labels A silver polyester was part printed, then a random non sequential number was added. Finally a special scratch - off panel was applied over the number.
Stock Tie On Tags	Horticultural
PROBLEM A garden centre needed weatherproof tie on tag for their plants, but wanted to overprint them on their thermal transfer printers. SOLUTION Stock Tie On Tags We were able to supply from stock self-tie thermal printable tags, this particluar range being a strong weather resistant plastic.

PROBLEM A food manufacturer wanted to label 3 different parts of their packaging, but without having to buy separate labels. SOLUTION Label Set A three part set was supplied, enabling all the requisite labels to be produced in one pass, saving on time, money and plate costs.
Dry Peel Cards	Gifts
PROBLEM A promotional goods company needed to include a non adhesive swing tag on one of their products, but wanted to personalise the tags on their thermal printers. SOLUTION Dry Peel Cards A shaped label was produced on a special dry peel card, allowing the tags to be overprinted like a normal label, but then removed from the backing paper with a completley adhesive free backing. A punched hole was also kiss cut to allow for stringing.
Bullet Cut Label	Industrial Manufacturing
PROBLEM A water treatment company needed a self adhesive label for a 1 Litre bottle, but needed a second label to subsequently peel from the bottle and be added to a treated radiator. SOLUTION Bullet Cut Label This was produced with a bullet cut to front and back, allowing a smaller label to be removed from the larger label after it had already been applied to the bottle. The smaller label was also spot varnished to allow the engineers to handwriite a treatment date.
Fragrance Barrier Label	Chemical Manufacturing
PROBLEM A manufacturer was having problems labelling their range of air fresheners, with the adhesive on their current label being attacked by the chemicals in the product. SOLUTION Fragrance Barrier Label The label was produced with a special barrier foil backing, preventing the chemicals migrating to the adhesive.

PROBLEM A publisher wanted an eye catching label set as a feee gift for a children's magazine launch. SOLUTION Holographic Label Set A multi part label set was produced on a bright silver holographic material.
Label / Leaflet	Industrial Manufacturing
PROBLEM A manufacturer exported their product to 16 countries and had to order the same label in multiple languages, resulting in high label costs and huge logisitical issues. SOLUTION Label / Leaflet A label/leaflet combination was produced, this being a mutli lingual leaflet folded and applied to an adhesive base with a resealable cover.
Laminated Vinyl	Industrial Manufacturing
PROBLEM A pipe manufacturer needed a label that was weatherproof but with an adhesive that could withstand temperatures of -20 up to 130 degrees. SOLUTION Laminated Vinyl A white vinyl material was used that features an adhesive able to withstand the range required, with an additonal gloss laminate to protect it from the elements.
Laminated Digital Labels	Asset Tracking
PROBLEM A communications company wanted to offer an own brand label service, with the additional complication of needing a unique identification code on each label. The codes also needed to be scratch and smudge resistant. SOLUTION Laminated Digital Labels A digitally printed label set was produced, whereby the four colour print was put down, followed by an individual code on every set. They are then laminated, die cut and fanfolded with a perforation between each set - all in one pass.

PROBLEM A shipping company won a contract to carry various sorts of hazardous goods, but did not know what labels they legally had to display. SOLUTION Warning Diamonds We were able to advise them of the warnings they had to display and supplied them the correct labels from our stock range of hazard warning diamonds.

PROBLEM A stationery and packaging supplier wanted an eye-catching range of self adhesive labels for a Christmas promotion. SOLUTION Holographic labels We designed a range of labels featuring various Christmas images, the labels were then produced on a bespoke gold holographic foil.
Numbered Window Stickers	Display
PROBLEM A client needed a window sticker for displaying in their employees cars, but needed each one to be individually numbered. SOLUTION Numbered Window Stickers A window sticker was produced on a peelable vinyl, with a sequential number printed onto the adhesive.
Digital Window Stickers	Display
PROBLEM A head office wanted to put No Smoking sticker in the windows of all of their sites, but wanted each site to have its own phone number and address details. SOLUTION Digital Window Stickers We were able to supply over 40 sorts of digitally printed window stickers, each one featuring the individual site's contact details.
UV Flexo / Foil combination + matt laminate	Health and Beauty
PROBLEM A manufacturer wanted a label for their range of shampoo products, that was able to withstand normal bathside condition, but featured a suitably professional look. SOLUTION UV Flexo / Foil combination + matt laminate A clear polypropylene base label was chosen with an adhesive that was suitable for the manufacturer's bottles. The label was then printed with UV Flexo inks and a bright silver foil. Finally it was matt laminated.
Piggy Back Label	Recycling
PROBLEM An ink cartridge recyling company wanted to supply a label that the customers could remove and reattach to a plastic bag when they returned the cartridge SOLUTION Piggy Back Label A two layer piggy back label was produced, allowing the customers to peel off the top layer of the label and attach to the bags.
Mark and Seal Labels	Engineering
PROBLEM An engineering company wanted a way of adding dates onto a hard wearing label, but needed this hand written information to last for the life of the product. SOLUTION Mark and Seal Labels The static information was printed onto an ink receptive matt white vinyl. A gloss laminate was added and sealed along one side of the label, with the backing paper of the laminate left on the other side. The engineers could then write the required information, remove the backing paper and seal down the laminate onto this area.
Blockout Backing Labels	Packing
PROBLEM A contract packer was faced with a shipment of goods that arrived in the country with the incorrect ingredient and barcode information. They needed a quick method of relabelling the product. SOLUTION Blockout Backing Labels The amended information was printed onto a label that featured a blockout backing. This completely obscured the label that was already on the goods.
Silver VOID Polyester	Asset Tracking
PROBLEM An asset tracking company needed a tamper evident label on a large shipment of computer equipment. SOLUTION Silver VOID Polyester A label was supplied that was printed on a silver VOID polyester. If the label is removed it will leave a permanent VOID mark on the goods.
Foil and Thermal Printed Label	Telecoms
PROBLEM A communications company needed a special shaped, heat resistant label that would adhere to mobile phone batteries. The text itself would need to be extremely small, multi lingual and feature a sequential barcode. SOLUTION Foil and Thermal Printed Label A special die cut label was designed to fit the shape of the battery. The label material was a heat resistant polyester, foil printed and finished with a thermal ribbon receptive gloss laminate. A sequential barcode was then printed with a pure resin scratch and solvent resistant ribbon.
Flexo / Screen Printed Label + Thermal receptive laminate	Medical Devices
PROBLEM A contact lens manufacturer needed a label for their hard lens glass vials. They wanted a 'no label' look, but the label had to be able to withstand the probable spilling of the label solution. The job was made more complicated when they wanted to print individual patient information to each label. SOLUTION Flexo / Screen Printed Label + Thermal receptive laminate The static information was flexo printed onto a clear polypropylene base. Six white panels were then added by screen printing. Finally a thermal receptive laminate was laid on top and a black sensor mark printed onto the backing paper. The client now has a clear, solvent proof label onto which they can permanently overprint their patient's details.
Stock CHIP Labels	Chemical Manufacturing
PROBLEM A chemical manufacturer needed the flexibility to print variable hazardous and health & safety information onto CHIP supply labels, using a combination of laser, inkjet and thermal transfer printers. SOLUTION Stock CHIP Labels We were able to supply from stock all 4 sizes of standard CHIP supply labels, both on A4 sheets and on rolls. Additionally we were able to offer paper and synthetic substrates.
Antique Cream Material	Food
PROBLEM A food manufacturer was launching a range of snacks, but wanted a 'rustic' feel on the label. SOLUTION Antique Cream Material The label designs were printed onto a cream antique material giving the desired rustic look to the product.
